The Canopy Family offers three unique accommodations situated in some of the best birding locations in Central America. The Canopy Tower, located in Soberania National Park not far from Panama City, is an ex US-military radar tower that has been converted into a high-quality eco-lodge. Right from your room, our dining hall or observation deck, you can come face to face with some of the exciting birds and animals living in the forest canopy, including Green Shrike-Vireo, Scarlet-rumped Cacique and both Two-toed and Three-toed Sloths. The Canopy Lodge is located in the picturesque foothills town of El Valle de Anton. From our veranda you can watch our fruit feeders and birds in the garden and along the creek that weaves through the property. Our newest eco-lodge, Canopy Camp Darien, located in the heart of eastern Panama, has comfortable Safari-style Eco-Tents and offers access to some of the most expansive lowland rain forest in the Americas. During our Canopy Camp birding tour, we search for the regional specialties of Darien. The Canopy Bed & Breakfast is located in the canal town of Gamboa, where the Rio Chagres meets the Panama Canal. It is perfect for families and is within walking distance from the famous Pipeline Road.
