**DREAMS IN PANAMA – HIGH SEASON & RENTAL PRIORITY POLICY**

At **Dreams in Panama**, we offer the following rental options at Coronado Bay:

* Nightly & weekly (Airbnb)
* Seasonal rentals (December–March)
* Long-term rentals (12 months or longer)

# # # **High Season Planning & Priority**

Each year, our seasonal “snowbird” guests often wish to reserve early for the following high season. However, once high season ends, **all units are first offered for long-term lease**.

* Any unit **not leased long-term by approximately July/August** will then be released for **high season rentals**.
* High season availability is offered in the following **priority order**:

1. 3 months or more
2. 2 months
3. 1 month
4. Weekly or nightly stays (fill-ins)
* After length of stay, **priority is given to repeat Dreams in Panama renters**.

# # # **Early Availability**

Occasionally, a unit may become available **before July/August**.
When this happens:

* All guests on the **High Season WhatsApp Waiting List** will be notified **at the same time**.
* Units are then **first come, first served**.
* To proceed, you must **WhatsApp me directly** to begin the reservation process.

⚠️ **Important:**
No unit is promised or guaranteed **until a signed agreement is in place and payment has been received**.
**No exceptions.**

# # # **Required Information & Rules**

* Copies of **passports or cédulas are required for all guests, regardless of age**
* **No pets** are allowed for seasonal rentals
