Second bedroom with 2 twin beds (convertible into 1 king) with desk area and shelves and comfortable closet with safe. Bathroom with shower in hallway. Each bedroom has a 32 inch flat screen TV mounted on a movable rack set on a custom deigned stand. KITCHEN:
Designer kitchen with granite countertops and top of the line appliances: 20 cubic feet refrigerator, stove top, oven, microwave and range hood. Fully equipped with everything that may be needed to cook any meals: Cutlery and silverware, toaster, Italian and American coffee makers, water boiler, sandwich maker, blender, etc. LAUNDRY:
Washer and dryer set on a separated area from the kitchen with glass door. PARKING:
Underground parking for 1 vehicle. Garage door operated by remote control (provided if desired).
