Depuis 1979, Bloody Mary’s fait partie de la vie de Bora Bora.
Un lieu vivant, où voyageurs et habitants se retrouvent avec simplicité. Où les conversations se prolongent, où les repas se partagent, où la musique et les éclats de rire font partie de la soirée.

Le 1er octobre 2026, l’histoire reprend vie.

Le mythique Bloody Mary’s Restaurant rouvrira ses portes, accompagné d’un tout nouveau chapitre : Bloody Mary’s Hotel.

Pour célébrer cela, nous vous avons préparé de belles offres résidents que nous dévoilerons à l’occasion du prochain Salon du Tourisme, qui se tiendra du 4 au 6 septembre à Papeete.

Mountain. Mount Otemanu is the soul of Bora Bora. No matter where you are on the island, the mountain changes its face...

🥗 Favourite taste of Polynesia?
Fresh poisson cru with coconut milk & a local beer. Simple, authentic, and full of memories.

🐠 A childhood memory you'll never forget?
Growing up surrounded by the ocean, spending hours swimming, fishing with family, and learning to respect the lagoon that has always been part of our lives.

🌤 Sunrise or sunset?
Sunset. It's my favorite moment of the day. I always tought that Matira was the perfect place to be to watch a sunset until I started working for Bloody Mary’s. At Bloody Mary's Hotel, the sun slowly disappears while Mount Otemanu stays right before your eyes. It's a view you simply can't describe, you have to experience it.

🪄 The soundtrack to a perfect day here?
The sound of the waves, birds singing in the palm trees, and a soft ukulele playing in the distance.
