A gentle reminder to all our guests.

House Rules

1. Unit capacity shall be “STRICTLY OBSERVED”. An additional amount shall be charged in excess of maximum capacity.

2. Please keep your valuables with you and do not leave your things unattended, especially at the beach area. Balai Azul is not liable for any lost, stolen or damaged items.

3. Guests may bring domesticated pets provided they are properly supervised and pose no risk to other guests. Please pick up your pet’s waste and dispose it properly.

4. Please observe silence between 10:00 pm to 7:00 am. Guest are advised to respect the privacy and comfort of fellow guests.

5. Illegal activities or disorderly conduct inside the accommodation and resort premises are strictly prohibited. The management reserves the right to eject any guest found engaging in fights or violence, found using illegal drugs, or under the influence of alcohol and disrupting the peace and order at the resort.

6. Please drink moderately and responsibly. Excessive use of alcoholic beverages and open displays of drunk and unpleasant behavior are not permitted.

For your safety, please DO NOT SWIM If you’re under the influence of alcohol.

7. All rooms in the resort are NON-SMOKING.
There are designated smoking areas but please dispose cigarette butts properly.

8. Open fires or fireworks are not allowed. There is a designated bonfire area.

9. All vehicles must be parked properly and vehicles should be properly locked. The management is not liable for any loss or damage to your vehicles.

10. Children under 10 years of age must be accompanied by an adult. Children are the responsibility of the parents or guardians.

11. Please exercise care and precaution while swimming. Wear a lifevest when necessary. Avoid swimming alone. We don’t have a lifeguard on duty. Swim at your own risk. If you don’t know how to swim, stay on the beach.

12. Please help conserve and save water and electricity at all times.

13. When leaving the beach, take your trash, toys, slippers, chairs, etc.

14. Respect the beach, the sea, the environment.

15. Take nothing but pictures, leave nothing but footprints, kill nothing but time.

A: Yes po! pet friendly resort with no additional charge for pets.

Note: Huwag lang po baka and kalabaw di po kasi kasiya sa mga units.

Pwede rin po kambing and manok, basta nasa kaldero na po. Thank you!!
