Lauya – beef or pork clear-broth stew cooked with potatoes, carrots, cabbage/pechay, Baguio beans, and saba

Inasin, Bagoong dilis – a bagoong made of fermented anchovies
Agamang, Alamang – a bagoong made of fermented shrimp fry in neon-pink color
Mulantong – in Bayambang, a variant of buro using smaller freshwater fish
Sinakob – panocha and, in many instances, peanut panocha
Inkiwal – a simpler version of biko, made of just white glutinous rice cooked in coconut milk — no topping, and made fragrant with anise
Inlubi – cake made of blackened rice traditionally prepared for All Souls’ Day; another version is a bit soupy
Inkaldit – patupat
Unda-unday – palitaw
Tapong – rice cake like a more compact kind of bibingka made of ground non-glutinous rice
Tupig Pangasinan version – “sticky rice spread thinly and rolled in banana leaf then grilled oven hot embers”
Masikoy – a version of palitaw swimming in sweet sauce
Kulambo – immaculate white glutinous rice dessert with a nice gooey consistency
Kundandit – a pounded cassava-corn cake sold in Bayambang
P**o Calasiao – in plain, ube, pandan, strawberry and mango flavors
Binungey – glutinous rice cooked in coconut milk inside bamboo stem; Bolinao specialty
Binuburan – liquor-flavored fermented red rice dessert
