📌 Qualifications:
✅ Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
✅ Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding)
✅ Experience in managing fleet accounts and dormitories (preferred)
✅ Strong understanding of labor laws and HR best practices
✅ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
✅ Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
✅ Proficient in MS Office and HR software
