We want everyone to
be aware of the rules of the resort before they come to stay in. It is more pleasant to stay
when everyone knows what is expected of them and what will not be tolerated. ARLOUS SHORE is a private/exclusive and relaxing resort which offers the tranquility of
macajalar bay while enjoying the beauty of the sunrise & sunset with your family and love
ones. Resort is a beach front ho
use that has 2 airconditioned rooms that can accommodate
maximum of 10 persons. A living room, a kitchen, a balcony & a porch facing the beach and 3
bathrooms.
1. Overnight Stay : Check In: 2 pm Check-out: 12 noon
Php 9,999.00/night
2. Day-Use : 6 am-6pm
Php 7,999.00/day (no room accommodation)
Maximum of 15 persons
3.Terms of Payment & Booking Policies:
-Fifty Percent (50%) down payment is required to confirm reservation. Send validated deposit slip for confirmation thru messenger or
email. Balance of (50%) shall be paid a day before check in. Any incidental charges will be paid
separately prior check out. Cancellation or change in booking should be made five (5) days
before the reserved date; otherwise the downpayment will be forfeited. Checks are not
acceptable for payments.
4. Room Capacity shall be STRICTLY OBSERVED. An additional amount should be charged in
excess of maximum occupancy.
5. Amenities:

-kitchen utensils (pots, pans, knife, chopping board, gas stove, ladle & bbq grill)
- water dispenser with hot & cold (free 5 gal. mineral water)
-refrigerator
6. Please bring your own food (no available restaurant around the resort)
7. Please bring your own utensils (plates, cups, spoon & fork etc)
8. Please bring your own toiletries (soap, shampoo, towel etc)
9. Php 500.00 will be charged for lost key.
10. No smoking around the premises. You can go outside near the beach to smoke.
11. No Pets allowed.
12. Any items damaged or loss incurred by the occupant shall be charged. Moreover vandalism
Or any other form of damage to resort property will be subject to a Php1,000.00 fine plus
Cost of replacement and repairs.
13. Please be careful of what you flush down the toilet or let down the drain. Do not flush
anything down the toilet bowl such as paper towels, baby wipes, cotton balls, hygiene products,
plastic wrapper etc. Repairs that are the result of guest negligence will be charged.
14. Resort has the rights to inspect every person bags, parcel or any other items upon
admission.
15. No fi****ms and/or deadly weapons are allowed
16. Do not leave your children & personal belongings unattended. Management is not
responsible for any accident, loss or damages.
17. Resort have the right to deny admission or evict guest or group of guests found under the
influence of drugs disturbing the peace and order at the resort and/or engaging in fights.
18.When using the pool, please follow the rules & regulations posted near the swimming pool.
19.Please conserve potable water.
