- 50% down payment is required in order to confirm your booking date
- Balance/Full Payment to be settled upon check-in.
- Non refundable but definitely rebookable, at least 14 days before the initial booked date within the same year, but with VALID reasons only such as due to inclement weather or sudden IATF lockdowns. Otherwise down payment is forfeited.

IMPORTANT RULES/REMINDERS:
- OCULAR VISIT is welcome; feel free to reach out for appointment
- Pool lights and fountain are opened for 3hrs only
- Do not swim when under the influence of alcohol!
- Please change to proper swimming attire
- Shower first before dipping in the pool
- Kids 10 years old and below should always be supervised by adults when swimming at the pool.
- Do not stand directly under the coconut trees (beware of the falling coconuts!)
- Please dispose your waste properly on the designated trash bins
- Smoking is ONLY allowed outside of the Kubo Houses
