🫶Guests Like You Make Hosting Worth It!

We stayed for 3 days and 2 nights to celebrate my birthday with my entire family, and it was such a wonderful experience. The place feels very homey, and being surrounded by nature made it the perfect spot to unwind while still being close to the city.
The property is very secure, which gave us peace of mind, especially since we brought our furbabies. They had a great time too! The cabin felt safe and private, with multiple CCTVs installed around the area.
It truly felt like staying in a family-owned rest house where guests are warmly welcomed. The linens and the entire place smelled really good, and everything you could possibly need for a staycation is already provided — appliances, videoke, books, air conditioning, and strong Wi-Fi.
Thank you for the smooth transaction and for giving us such a peaceful stay. Tawhai truly lived up to its name.
Highly recommended — we will definitely stay here again!

Good news!!!

The access road to our cabin is now fully cemented — no more mud and no more scraping the undercarriage!

PS: Road will be passable to all vehicles by June 2025.
