✳️ Until 6pm only, may borrow bluetooth speaker and mic for your Youtube Karaoke. Noise level controlled

Pls bring your own drinking water, kitchen utensils/cookwares and toiletries for safety reasons.

RULES:
❗️Balance and Deposit Upon Arrival
❗️Proper swimming attire (NO BLACK COTTON) to preserve water quality.
❗️No Shouting
❗️Maximum of 2 small pets are allowed - Not on pool, Not on rooms, with leash or caged and on diapers.
❗️Take care of your personal belongings.
❗️Watch closely over your children and exercise extreme care when in the pool area.
❗️No Running or Shouting
❗️We are located in a subdivision community, pls keep voices and other noises to a minimum.
❗️We have CCTV on open areas
❗️ If activity is cancelled due to negligence or noise violations, payments are forfeited in favor of resort.
❗️No shirtless tambays outside the resort
❗️No smoking inside
❗️For rebooking, please inform us 1 week prior to your original scheduled arrival date.
❗️Stick only decors on designated areas.
❗️Any property damage will be the responsibility of the guests and will be deducted to your security deposit.
