To all our valued guests,

Villa Eusebio Resort will now be strictly implementing a 24-hour pencil booking policy.

This means that all reservations made will be temporarily held for 24 hours only. If no confirmation or down payment is received within that timeframe, the slot will automatically be released and made available to other guests.

✅ Why are we implementing this?
Due to the high volume of inquiries and bookings, many dates are being blocked without confirmation. This affects other guests who are ready to book and can lead to missed opportunities for both parties.

By enforcing this policy, we aim to:
• Ensure fair access to all interested guests
• Avoid double bookings and last-minute cancellations
• Provide a smoother and more organized reservation process

We highly encourage everyone to confirm their bookings as soon as possible to secure your preferred dates.

🌿 Lenten Season Advisory 🌿

In observance of the Lenten Season, Villa Eusebio Private Resort would like to inform all our valued guests that videoke volume and other forms of noise will be kept at a lower level from April 1 to April 4, 2026 (Holy Wednesday to Black Saturday).

While videoke use is still allowed, volume levels will be strictly moderated. We also encourage everyone to minimize loud activities during this period as a sign of respect for this solemn time.

We appreciate your kind understanding and cooperation.
