As hosts, we were a little hesitant to accept this booking because our guest was new to Airbnb and had no previous reviews.

We're so glad we gave them that chance. They took great care of our unit, followed all the house rules, and left everything clean and tidy.

This experience reminded us that everyone starts with their very first booking, and a lack of reviews doesn't define the kind of guest someone will be.
