We booked D&T Resort for March 28 and already settled the down payment. We also did the ocular visit. Unfortunately, there was an honest oversight, one of the staff overlooked that the date had already been booked by another group.

Despite this, I really want to commend their team. They were very accommodating and even tried to recommend other places for us, although none were available at the time. What stood out the most is their professionalism, despite having a non-refundable policy, they still refunded our down payment.

Sad that the date didn’t work out, but I truly appreciate how they handled the situation. Very professional and customer-focused. I guess there’s always a next time! 😊
