IRELANDER SPRING COAST RESORT is a SCAM!!! HINDI PO TOTOO NA MAY GANUNG RESORT SA ANTIPOLO! Dati itong Spring Field Waters na scammers din!
WARNING! Ireland Spring Coast Private Resort in Antipolo is a SCAM! Coastalspring Waters Staycation Resort Hotel in Antipolo City, Rizal DOES NOT exist and has NEVER existed!
Their strategy is to pressure you into making a payment quickly by creating a false sense of urgency. They will claim that there are only limited slots available or another party is interested in the date you want to schedule or reserve to make you send a downpayment immediately. They may also pretend to offer a refund, saying another interested party is willing to pay in full, to trick you into doing the same and get more money from you.
DO NOT FALL FOR THIS TRAP! It is a SCAM! Once you send any form of payment online or via money transfer, you will NEVER be refunded, and they will BLOCK you.

Ireland Spring Coast use their page to SCAM people by PRETENDING to own or manage an exclusive resort, events place or party venue with a swimming pool, kitchen, function room, private villas and other amenities available for rent or lease to have a gathering event or staycation.
The page is FAKE - FAKE followers, FAKE likes, and FAKE accounts were used by the scammer to make the resort look real. They PRETEND to offer cheap and affordable rates at a discount to lure victims.
These scammas are using photos taken from another legitimate resort and an address of a private residence in Antipolo.
They take down their page from time to time to avoid being reported and to prevent themselves from getting apprehended. They also frequently change the name of their page to attract new victims. These are some of the names they were using before:

- Spring Field Waters (January 2025 – March 2025)
- Pepper's Private Place (October 2024 - January 2025)
- White Pearl Resort (August 2024 - October 2024)
If you have been scammed or almost scammed by them, REPORT their page and contact the proper authorities IMMEDIATELY.
