Hi, dear renters! 😊 Just a quick reminder to please handle our units and accessories with extra care.

We kindly ask that everything be returned in the same condition as when it was released. Any new scratches, marks, or damages may be subject to the following:

• Minor scratches: ₱500 – ₱1,000
• Visible or deeper scratches: ₱2,000 – ₱5,000
• Damage affecting buttons, parts, or lens function: Based on actual repair cost
• Cracked lens or severe damage: Full repair or replacement cost

Update: We’re currently unboxing a brand new Invisible Dive Case for our Insta360 X5. The previous one had scratched lenses, and we truly appreciate our renter for taking responsibility and replacing it with a new one. 🙏✨

We trust you and truly appreciate your cooperation in helping us keep our equipment in great condition for everyone 💛
