1. The promo is valid for direct bookings only through:
- ELC Reservations
- Official Facebook Messenger
- Official Website
- Sales Office
2. The promo applies to new reservations made and staying within the promo period
(August 8–31, 2026).
3. Valid for individual (FIT) bookings only.
4. Reservation is required and is subject to room availability.
5. Promotional rooms are available on a limited allocation per day. Once the allotted
promotional rooms have been fully booked, the regular published rates shall apply.
6. A 50% down payment is required upon booking to confirm the reservation.
7. The promo is non-refundable. Cancellations made at least seven (7) days prior to the
arrival date may either:
- Rebook the stay to another date, subject to room availability; or
- Convert the amount paid into ELC Food & Beverage products or services of
equivalent value.
8. The promo cannot be combined with:
- Government rates
- Corporate contracted rates
- Long-Staying Guest (LSG) rates
- Group bookings
- Other promotional offers or discounts
- Senior Citizen or PWD discounts, whichever provides the greater benefit, in
accordance with applicable laws.
9. The room package includes:
- Overnight accommodation
- Complimentary breakfast for the registered occupants
- Complimentary Wi-Fi access
- Use of the swimming pool and fitness centre (subject to operating schedule)
10. Incidental charges and other additional services are not included in the promotional rate.
11. Standard hotel policies apply:
