How It All Began: The Story of Calig Villas Private Resort
There are dreams we carefully plan, and then there are dreams that God Himself writes.
Calig Villas Private Resort is not the result of a business strategy or a lifelong ambition. It is a story of God's divine plan unfolding in ways we could never have imagined. It is a testimony that when God moves, His purpose always exceeds our expectations.
Our journey began with something so simple—a road trip. My husband and I were enjoying our quality time together when we came across a piece of land with a breathtaking view of Mt. Arayat. The moment we saw it, we fell in love. Our only intention was to build a humble rest house, a quiet place where our family could rest, reflect, and enjoy God's beautiful creation.
But God had a different plan.
What we saw as a resting place, God saw as a place of blessing. What we thought was just for our family, God intended to be shared with many. Step by step, door after door, He led us beyond what we could have planned on our own.
There were moments when we didn't know how things would work out. There were questions, uncertainties, and challenges. Yet, every time we chose to trust Him, He faithfully made a way where there seemed to be none.
His Word reminds us:
"If you have faith as small as a mustard seed... nothing will be impossible for you." — Matthew 17:20
And again,
"No eye has seen, no ear has heard, and no human mind has conceived the things God has prepared for those who love Him." — 1 Corinthians 2:9
These verses are no longer just promises we read—they have become our reality.
From one villa, God blessed us with Villa 2. Then He opened the way for Villa 3. Every expansion, every provision, every answered prayer has been a reminder that this work belongs to Him. We simply chose to believe, obey, and trust.
Calig Villas Private Resort stands today not as a monument to human achievement, but as a living testimony of God's faithfulness. It is proof that His plans are always greater than ours, His timing is always perfect, and His grace is always sufficient.
If our story encourages even one person to keep believing, to keep praying, and to keep trusting God, then all the glory belongs to Him.
Because this is not our story alone.
This is God's story.
And with God, nothing is impossible.
To God be all the glory—today, tomorrow, and always.
