General Features

· Villa 301B&B, having passed the requirements, is a holder of the Certificate of Authority to Operate, from the Regional Dept. Covid-19 health & safety procedures and practices are in place to handle our guests according to official health guidelines

Guests and staff wear PPE, undergo contactless temperature checks, sanitizing mat entry and screening questionnaire. Occupancy is

temporarily capped at 50%, with proper distancing, and other precautions for the health and safety of our staff and guests

· Smoke-free rooms

· Gated privacy within iron and concrete enclosure

· Screened windows, screened outer doors

· Well-treed surroundings, serene setting

· Away from traffic noise and pollution

· Sounds of nature, safe, orderly and friendly neighborhood

· Free full breakfast

· Free Wi-Fi, high speed Internet

· Sheltered outdoor spaces for lounging or for smoking

· Pressurized water system for hot/cold showers for all rooms

· Store along the street is close by for cold soft drinks, cold beer, personal grooming, snacks etc.

· Close to the oldest stone church, museum and clean ocean

· Assistance in booking land or sea tours and on site motorcycle delivery

· Two short blocks from the main highway, pier, bank, market restaurants, church, municipal hall, private and public transportation to tourist land tour destinations. Private tours facility is next door.

· Straight across from the pier is a 45-minute boat ride day tour to Pamilacan Island for dolphin watching, snorkeling, scuba diving

Method of Payment
Cash is acceptable and payable upon check-in. The local bank ATM has no international currency exchange. Local currency may be obtained in Tagbilaran banks/ATM. Cashless PayPal/Xoom is also acceptable upon check-in. Currently, we have no system yet of accepting credit card payments. Unit Layout
Six rooms are available and grouped in a layout of 4 detached units. Each unit can serve as family dwelling. Unit A- one bedroom, Unit B- two bedrooms, Unit C- two bedrooms, Unit D- one bedroom. The rooms can also be booked individually.
