Crafted with passion and innovation by Chef Vince and Chef Milag, this creation brings together the rich flavors of traditional Filipino cuisine with the signature Acacia touch.

Held last May 31, 2026 at Ayala Malls Capitol Central, this celebration allowed us to proudly share our passion for culinary excellence and Bacolodโ€™s rich food heritage.
