s available within the premises which includes basic essentials:
- Mineral water (bottled and gallons)
- Soft drinks and beverages
- Butane gas and charcoal
- Other basic necessities
There are nearby restaurants, but for convenience and flexibility, we recommend bringing your own ingredients and cooking your meals. A dirty kitchen is available, equipped with a butane burner (excluding butane gas) and charcoal grill. Kitchenware is provided.
β οΈ The resort is located some distance from the town center, so we advise guests to purchase essentials in advance (e.g., food supplies, etc).
ποΈ Rooms include extra pillows, mattresses, and blankets.
𧻠Towels are available for rent (with minimal fee), so please bring your own if preferred. House Rules and Regulations
Please be guided accordingly:
1. Check-in: 2:00 PM
Check-out: 12:00 NN
Late check-out will incur additional charges. Rooms must be vacated on time to allow cleaning for incoming guests.
2. Reservation Policy:
No downpayment = no reservation. Cancellation is non-refundable - rescheduled only.
3. No-Show Policy:
Reservations will be forfeited if no guest arrives by 6:00 PM, unless prior notice is given. Extra Guests:
β±200 per head. Children 7 years old and below are free.
4. Lost Key:
β±300 replacement fee.
5. Appliances & Equipment:
Bringing appliances (e.g., rice cooker, large sound system) incurs a β±300 fee. Videoke rental: (β±500 for electricity).
6. Bonfire:
Strictly prohibited.
7. Liability:
Management is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury within the premises. Guests are advised to exercise caution at all times. Children must always be supervised by an adult.
8. Personal Belongings:
Do not leave valuables unattended. Management will not be liable for any loss.
9. Cleanliness:
Please clean and wash used kitchenware and utensils.
10. Noise Policy:
Videoke, sound systems, and other noise-producing devices must be turned off by 10:00 PM.
