The Western Philippines International Tourism Showcase 2026 has officially opened, and what an incredible start it has been!

La Jolla Hotel and Beach Resort was proud to serve our signature handcrafted cocktails during the opening program, where guests enjoyed the refreshing flavors of our newly launched Pawikan Paradise and La Jolla Harvest. Made with fresh fruits harvested from our own farm, these cocktails embody our farm-to-table philosophy—organic, refreshing, and uniquely La Jolla.

We are also honored that our President, Ronnie V. del Rosario, and our General Manager, Bollie Bolton, were among the distinguished guests who led the ceremonial ribbon-cutting. Mr. Bolton also delivered the welcome remarks, helping mark the beginning of this remarkable tourism event.
