Thirty years ago, the Panagbenga Festival was born not just as a celebration, but as a promise. In the wake of the devastating 1990 earthquake, Baguio needed a reason to smile, a way to heal, and a signal to the world that we were ready to rise again.

Today, we present the OFFICIAL calendar for the 30th Panagbenga Festival.

Our theme, "Blooming Without End," honors that unbreakable spirit. What started as a seed of hope amidst the ruins has grown into three decades of world-class floral artistry and creativity.

We celebrate not just the flowers, but the strength of a city that refused to stay down.
