The Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) Synoptic Station here affirmed the official start of the warm and dry season as it advised the public to avoid heat stress and practice optimal consumption of water.

With the dry and humid weather, the PAGASA also reminds the public to take precautionary measures to minimize heat stress. Likewise, to optimize the daily use of water for personal and domestic consumption.
