We sincerely apologize for the booking error that occurred during your stay Ma'am AIMEE AFICIONADO. We understand the inconvenience and frustration this caused, especially since you were already traveling to Baguio when the issue was discovered.

As soon as the conflict was identified, we immediately informed you and offered available options to ensure that your accommodation needs would still be met. When the proposed transfer to a smaller unit was understandably declined, we made every effort to find another property with the same number of bedrooms. We were able to secure a larger 4-bedroom unit with a terrace to accommodate your group.

Regarding the additional charge requested by the replacement accommodation, this was due to their standard rate structure. To help resolve the matter and avoid further inconvenience to your group, we personally shouldered the additional amount requested by the property owner.

We fully acknowledge that the booking conflict originated from our side, and for that we sincerely apologize. While we worked hard to find a suitable alternative accommodation and absorb the additional costs involved, we understand that the situation affected the start of your vacation and did not meet the level of service we strive to provide.

We appreciate your feedback as it helps us improve our booking and reservation processes. We have already reviewed our procedures to prevent similar situations from happening in the future.

Again, we apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for giving us the opportunity to serve your group.
