*Firewood and bonfire pit use has a Php500 charge to be paid at the Admin office. There’s ample parking space with 24-hour security. A Laundry Shop is also available within the vicinity. There is a nearby convenience store and mini supermarket. Please be aware that the apartment entrance is CCTV protected for security purposes.
