We are a 3 floor house located along Bakakeng Road, just 10-15 mins. away from major tourist spots like Burnham Park, Wright Park, The Mansion, Botanical Garden, Camp John Hay, Tree Top Adventure, PMA, Our Lady of Atonement Cathedral also known as Baguio Cathedral, Baguio Night Market along Session Road, SM Baguio, etc.
Location: Lot 6 Block 7 Phase 1, Eagles Club St. Eaglecrest Villa, Bakakeng Road, Barangay Bakakeng Norte/Sur, nearest landmark is the new St. Louis University in Bakakeng Road (Maryheights Campus).
Our transient house no. 1 comprises the following;
a. Ground Floor: Receiving room with couches and 55 inch Smart TV, Toilet & Bath w/ hot and cold shower, Kitchen with complete cooking appliances like Refrigerator, kettle, rice cooker, Gas burner and utensil, Dining table
b. 2nd Floor Bedroom 1 is Good for 8 to 10 pax, common Toilet & Bath w/ hot and cold shower
2nd Floor Bedroom 2: Good for couple 2 pax with one child
c. 3rd Floor Bedroom 3: Good for 4 to 5 pax with Toilet & Bath w/ hot and cold shower
d. Garage for 1 Van (Grandia or SUV)
This house is with available Wifi.
Our community is quiet and our housekeeper, Kuya Cino, is friendly and will be always available for your questions and needs. We are opening our home to you so kindly keep our house clean. There are available trash bins around the house for your convenience. No smoking inside the house please. Guests should bring their own personal towel for hygiene purposes.
Our place is accessible via Kennon Road or Marcos Highway, can be check thru Waze or Googlemap and can enter thru Gate 1.
There are walking distance convenience stores for your needs along Phase 3 area.
Rate: 7,500 pesos per night for 16 to 17 pax.
We are accepting group booking and payment is thru our caretaker at our transient house and we don’t ask for any advance payment. This is a whole house once you make a confirmed booking.
