Terms and Conditions
RESERVATION POLICIES
Transient Rental is subject to availability and confirmation upon time of reservation, therefore advance reservation is mandatory.
30% of the to
tal rental fee is required to secure your reservation. The remaining balance must be settled before or upon check-in. Please review our Cancellation Policy below. Securing your reservation with a deposit means you accept the terms of our Cancellation Policy. HOW TO MAKE PAYMENTS?
WE ACCEPT CASH, BANK DEPOSITS/TRANSFER, MAYA AND GCASH PAYMENTS. CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT PROCEDURES
Regular check-in time is any time after 2:00 pm and check-out time is any time before 12:00 noon. Please ask for early check-in and late check-out availability a week before each date if you need them. There is a nearby baggage storage area available for a specific fee, where you can temporarily store your luggage. This facility provides a secure solution for storing your belongings for the duration of your choice. Early check-in or late check-out are subject to availability. The confirmation for either early check-in or late check-out will be provided either on the day before or on your check-in date. If you opt for a late check-out until 6:00 pm, it will incur a charge of 100 pesos per hour (rate may change). However, if you choose to check-out after 6:00 pm, it will be subject to a one-night charge. Check-out by 12:00 noon, Housekeeping will enter by 12:00 noon to clean/defog/sanitize the house to ensure the smooth turnover of the rental property to the next guest. Kindly return the keys to the designated caretaker upon check-out. Any lost keys will be subject to a replacement fee. If planning to leave early before check-out time, please make sure to return the keys to the designated caretaker and inform them of your early check-out.
CANCELLATION / NO SHOW / REBOOKING POLICY
Non-Refundable Reservation Fee:
Please note that the reservation fee is non-refundable in the event of cancellation or no show . Therefore, please be aware of the cancellation policy and make sure that you are able to commit to your reservation before making a payment for the reservation fee. If you have any concerns or questions about the cancellation policy, please do not hesitate to contact us for clarification. We want to ensure that your stay with us is as smooth and stress-free as possible. Rebooking Policy:
If you wish to reschedule your stay more than 10 days before your arrival date, or within 48 hours of making your initial reservation, we will help you find another suitable date. Should the room be available on the desired rescheduled date, you may proceed to rebook your stay without rebooking fee. However, if the room is unavailable for the requested dates, the advance reservation fee will remain non-refundable. Please be informed that guests are allowed to rebook their stay only once. The rebooking date must be scheduled within a 1-month window from your original arrival date. If the new date you choose costs more than your original booking, you’ll need to pay the difference. It is important to remember that rebooking is permissible only within a 1-month timeframe from your original arrival date. Please be aware that if you choose to reschedule your stay within 10 days of your arrival date, a rebooking fee of 500 pesos will apply. Please note that the rebooking policy is subject to change, and we reserve the right to modify or cancel this policy at any time without prior notice.
Shortened Stay:
Revisions such as early check-out (shortened stay) will be charged for the whole duration of the stay as stated in the final invoicing.
Extenuating Circumstances Policy:
We understand that sometimes unexpected events happen that can affect your travel plans. Our Extenuating Circumstances Policy provides flexibility and peace of mind in such situations. In the event of confirmed extenuating circumstances, we will permit rebooking without any rebooking fee. The duration for this rebooking window will vary based on the specific situation. If there aren’t any such circumstances, our regular policies, as previously mentioned, will apply. Final decisions related to extenuating circumstances are at the discretion of Sibol Baguio Transient. We always strive to be as understanding and accommodating as possible during unexpected challenges. Situations that are covered by the extenuating circumstances policy include:
Changes to government travel requirements
Declared emergencies and epidemic
Government travel restrictions
Military actions and other hostilities. Natural disasters (Typhoons, floods, landslides)
We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, and we will do our best to accommodate any changes to your reservation where possible. Please inform us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or make changes to your reservation. IMPORTANT REMINDER/HOUSE RULES
Your cooperation is appreciated to keep our units at a low price. The unit is Non-Smoking. We appreciate your cooperation in helping us maintain a healthy and smoke-free environment for all our guests. Evidence of violation of our smoke-free policy will result in a P1,000.00 charge on your bill for the cleaning fee. Due to the fact that the building is surrounded by neighboring units, it is required that guests, particularly those in groups are respective in regard to noise during the evenings. No loud parties are allowed on the premises. Lock the windows and the doors before leaving the house. The property owner and staff are not responsible for any loss or damage to guests' personal belongings during their stay. Guests are encouraged to keep their valuables in a secure location. If any loss or damage occurs, guests are encouraged to report it to the property owner or staff immediately. Please keep the rental property clean and tidy. Guests are responsible for cleaning up after themselves and leaving the rental property in good condition upon check-out. Wash and dry kitchen items and put them back in the kitchen cabinet before check-out. Please use electricity and water resources responsibly, and turn off lights and appliances when not in use. Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight in the rental property. Any additional guests must be approved by the property owner or manager and may result in additional fees. Guests are required to submit a photo identification card prior to check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform us in advance of your expected arrival time. We have on-site parking available for only P350.00 pesos per night. This convenient parking option ensures that you have a dedicated space for your vehicle. Our caretaker or assistant will be more than happy to assist you with parking arrangements and provide information about nearby parking facilities if needed. These rules are meant to ensure a safe and enjoyable stay for all guests. Thank you for your cooperation in adhering to these rules.
