𝟮𝟬 𝗘𝗩𝗘𝗡𝗧𝗦 𝗟𝗜𝗡𝗘𝗗 𝗨𝗣 𝗙𝗢𝗥 𝟯𝟬𝗧𝗛 𝗣𝗔𝗡𝗔𝗚𝗕𝗘𝗡𝗚𝗔 𝗙𝗘𝗦𝗧𝗜𝗩𝗔𝗟
Some 20 power-packed events had been lined up by the Baguio Flower Festival Foundation, Inc. (BFFFI) for the 30th edition of the Panagbenga Festival that will run from January 30 to March 8, 2026 following the formal launching of the city’s major crowd-drawing activity held at the City Hall grounds Monday.
The 38-day Flower Festival will fire off with a two-day golf tournament dubbed the Flower Tee Golf Tournament to be participated in by local and national golf enthusiasts.
The public will be given a glimpse of the performances of various streetdancing contingents from different participating schools during the grand opening parade from Upper Session Road passing through the city’s main roads up to the Melvin Jones football grounds, where the participants will also display their group performances as a prelude to the grand streetdancing parade.
Further, the month-long market encounter dubbed Baguio Blooms Exposition participated in by hundreds of local and national exhibitors and the Panagbengascapes landscape exhibition and design challenge will formally open simultaneously with the grand opening parade and will run until the end of the season.
On February 6, 2026, Cup of Joe: Stardust Philippine Tour 2026, a partner-led event by CNCA and Waltrix Productions will be held at the University of Baguio gym where young concert enthusiasts will be given a treat.
Two school-based competitions such as the Floral Fiesta: bouquet and dish garden competitions will be conducted on February 7, 2026 followed by the traditional Handog ng Panagbenga sa Pamilya Baguio, Colours in Bloom, Panagbenga Open Painting Competition and exhibition, and the 11th Annual Panagbenga Kite Flying Challenge will all be held on February 14, 2026.
Cultural groups will again have the chance to showcase the rich culture of the Cordillera through the Rhythm of the Highlands on February 15, 2026 to be followed by the Baguio Spring Festival Grand Parade on February 16, 2026.
The traditional Philippine Military Academy alumni homecoming weekend will be held on February 19-22, 2026 which will be followed by the Panagbenga Partners and Exhibitors in Bloom on February 28 to March 1, 2026.
Moreover, the much-awaited Panagbenga Streetdance Parade will be held on February 28, 2026 which will be followed by the grand floral parade on March 1, 2026.
Session Road, the city’s main thoroughfare, will be converted into a promenade area with sidewalk cafes and flower-inspired products from March 2-8, 2026 while the Kapamilya Caravan will be held on March 7, 2026.
The month-long festivities will come to a close on March 8, 2026 with the conduct of the Search for Little Ms. Panagbenga, the awarding and closing ceremonies and the Flower in the Sky, the Panagbenga grand fireworks display. - Dexter A. See
