As part of our renovation plans, the two bedroom unit is closed for now and will be offering the 3 bedroom unit instead. Thank you for your continuous patronage.

Thank you all who booked with us the past months and years.

We have now closed our two bedroom unit to give way to our planned renovation. For this reason, all booking will be accommodated at our 3 bedroom unit.

Small groups can simpmy book one to two rooms only, or book all three rooms, with minimal addl fee if desired.

Nakakatuwa when we get feedbacks like this kasi, despite hindi talaga instagrammable ung transient place namin, I see to it as best as we can that our place is as clean and as confidence as we can make it.

It has always been our goal to make people feel at home kahit iba ang lugar at gamit compared to their own. At least, while in Baguio, people get rested and relax esp after their own itineraries and gala plans.

Hope to serve more with our transient unit.

Baka need nyo ng legit (sure na di kayo tatakbuhan or tataguan at kahit papano, malapit sa city proper).

4-5mins drive to Burnham, night market, public palengke.

With parking space and the FF amenities:
- 2 bedrooms
- 2 bathrooms
- parking space
- use of kitchenette
- hot and cold shower
- dining needs (spoons, forks, plates, bowls)
- basic cooking tools
- two burner stove
- small balcony (with a simple neigh to good view)
- palaba (with a fee) - optional
