August and September were rainy here. Ngayong October, it’s drier so far, pero malamig na ang mornings—jacket muna bago lumabas. Magdala pa rin ng umbrella; Baguio weather can still change.

Burnham Lake looks refreshed and more Instagrammable ngayon, pero old Burnham pa rin ang vibe. Sa umaga, I like a slow walk and enjoying the soft light—relaxing talaga.

Malapit ang VOS Valencia: a 3-minute walk to SM Baguio and Session Road, about a 10-minute walk to Burnham. May WiFi, hot-and-cold shower, and fresh towels—may essentials ka na for a comfy stay. October guide nasa first comment.

A Baguio room rate has a calendar of its own. Every year, may guests akong nagtatanong: “Bakit iba ang September and Christmas-week rate?”
From what I see, September is usually lower. Pag October, a similar room may add about ₱100 per room bawat gabi; pag November, another ₱100 per room bawat gabi. Iba-iba ang presyo per property—depende sa date and room—kaya confirm exact dates before planning around a default rate.

Pero December 20–27, peak season talaga—ibang usapan na. Valencia VOS is a 3-minute walk from SM Baguio and Session Road; Burnham Park is about a 9–10-minute walk away. May WiFi, hot-and-cold shower, and fresh towels; private CR and Smart TV are in selected rooms.

A room farther out may look cheaper, pero taxi fares dagdag din, kaya compute mo muna ang total trip cost—room, rides, and itinerary, hindi nightly rate lang.
Ikaw, central stay or farther room? Kung central ang plan mo, check your walk; kung farther, estimate taxi fares. Iwan mo travel month sa comments; exact rate and deposit, i-confirm muna sa host bago magbayad—huwag hulaan.
