I found a place where I'll book again and again. This is an absolutely worth it place to stay and have some rest while planning your trip in Baguio. Tita Jocelyn is very helpful, love the small talks as someone who like to listen.
I also love the peaceful vibes of the location and the cleanliness. Will recommend and will go back here soon.

Definitely would love to booj the same place the next viait to Baguio. Walking distance ti Lourdes Grotto. The host was accommodating and had a peaceful stay.

The host is very accommodating. Miss Jocelyn is very nice, very friendly and the room we booked is very clean. The kitchen is accessible. I love how cold it gets at night, no need for ventilation hehe. Overall, it's great!

We had a wonderful stay! The owner was very kind, welcoming, and treated us like family. The place was clean, comfortable, and felt very safe. We especially appreciated the secure parking area for our motorcycle/car, which gave us peace of mind throughout our stay. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Baguio!

I can say we are so lucky to find your place. At first medyo mahirap hanapin, but I think the landmark is the grotto of Out Lady of Lourdes then from there malapit na lang. Straight away sa Queen of Angels st. left side.
The place is very good. Very peaceful and very clean. It has a wide surrounding where you can have coffee or chat or have a little activity within the place. Our room goes with veranda too so it was really very relaxing.
Budget wise this is the cheapest that we've seen! Napakabait po ni Ms. Jocelyn. Very responsive, masarap at madaling kausap. Very considerate at ang pinaka favorite ko sa lahat HELPFUL sa tips meron syang brochure to provide and souvenirs after your stay. It was truly worth the while and I would highly recommend this house for your stay when you come to Baguio.
Babalik po akong tiyak sa place mo Ms. Jo and MARAMING SALAMAT PO ULIT!

We stayed at Ms. Jocelyn’s for a night only, but the experience was unforgettable. Theirs is a peaceful neighborhood that what should have been just an hour of rest became a 5-hour sleep for my bestfriend and I. We only got to explore the city at night 😅
Ms. Jocelyn was also such a jolly and informative host that she even gave us a brochure on tourist destinations we can explore in Baguio and nearby towns.
Thank you, Ms. Jocelyn, for being a wonderful host.

The host, Ms. Jocelyn, is very hospitable and accommodating. She recommended nearby tourist spots and gave helpful directions on how to get there easily.
The place is quiet and peaceful. Occasionally, there are barking dogs, but only for a short time and they don’t really disturb the peace. The location is also accessible, as it’s only one jeepney ride from the city center. Very convenient if you don’t want to take a taxi all the time.
The bathroom is clean, and hot water for the shower is available. The room is also clean. The bed and blanket is very comfy with their climate.
Our only suggestion would be to address the mosquitoes. Maybe it’s due to the rainy season. Hopefully, this can be resolved the next time we visit, as we would definitely recommend this place to our family and friends when we return to Baguio.
Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back. Highly recommended.

Booked late but still accepted. The place was nice. The rooms were clean. What makes the place even special was Tita Jocelyn. Very very accommodating host. Will welcome you with a warm smile. She makes it feel like going home to your mom. Will definitely go back to her place because of her.

Our stay was incredibly homey, and my senior parents especially appreciated Ms. Jocelyn’s kindness. The property is private, safe, and just 10 minutes from town. We loved that the kitchen is fully equipped for home-cooked meals, and having both a balcony and a veranda was a huge plus. It’s the perfect spot for a "slow life" getaway away from the busy streets. We’ll definitely be back with more family and friends!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Highly Recommended Stay in Baguio!
We had a wonderful experience staying at Ma’am Jocelyn’s transient. The entire building is very clean and well-maintained, including the rooms and comfort rooms, which made our stay very comfortable and relaxing.
Ma’am Jocelyn is a very hospitable, kind, and caring host. She makes sure that her guests are comfortable and well taken care of throughout their stay, which really makes the place feel welcoming and homey.
One of the best things about the place is its location. It is very accessible to public transportation going to Burnham Park and other parts of the city, making it convenient for guests who want to explore Baguio.
Overall, we highly recommend Ma’am Jocelyn’s transient if you are looking for a clean, comfortable, and peaceful place to stay in Baguio with a very accommodating host. Thank you, Ma’am Jocelyn, for the wonderful hospitality. We would love to stay here again on our next visit!!

I want to express my appreciation for the excellent accommodation provided at Tita Jocelyn’s place.
The property is both pleasant and affordable. Although it is situated a bit farther from the city center, it is conveniently located near well-known attractions such as the Our Lady of Lourdes Grotto, Mirador Heritage and Eco Park, Maryknoll Ecological Sanctuary, and the Diplomat Hotel. This makes it an ideal place to stay for visitors who wish to explore these popular sites. The room was comfortable, clean, and well-maintained. The shared bathroom was likewise clean and consistently kept in good condition, which we greatly appreciated. Beyond the quality of the accommodation, Tita Jocelyn herself was exceptionally accommodating and helpful. She assisted us with transportation arrangements and provided useful information about new tourist spots in Baguio, which made our stay even more convenient and enjoyable.
And I can confidently say that the stay was truly worth recommending.

My friend and I had an amazing stay and smooth experience at Ms. Jocelyn’s place! She was very accommodating and proactive when it comes to our needs.
The place was all clean — from our room, kitchen, bathroom, and guest lounge. It is also very accessible to transportation (taxi and jeep) and near tourist attractions so it was very convenient for us. The neighborhood is also safe to walk around.
Ms. Jocelyn was very nice, she allowed us to leave our luggage before check in and even after check out so we can maximize our stay and roam around. She also provided us instructions how to commute and go to the places we wanted to go, even gave us a brochure, calendar, and a free mug as a souvenir.
Our overall experience was great and we’ll definitely come back and recommend this place to our friends.

We had regret that we did not book it for a couple of days. The host was responsive and the place was really clean and quiet. Once we arrived, we had a good rest as the place was like home in a nice view and near the city proper. I will recommend this place to my friends.

I had an excellent experience during my stay. The host was incredibly welcoming, responsive, and ensured everything went smoothly from check-in to check-out. One of the best perks is the option to leave your luggage before and after check-out, which is very convenient if you don’t want to carry it around during your trip. The location is highly accessible by public transportation to the city proper and is within walking distance of tourist spots such as Lourdes Grotto and Mirador Heritage. I had a wonderful stay at Renown Guest and Boarding House. From the moment I arrived, Ms. Jocelyn made me feel truly welcome. She is very accommodating, responsive, and genuinely cares about her guests. The place feels like home—warm, quiet, and comforting.
I really enjoyed my stay here, especially as a solo traveler. The atmosphere is very homie and peaceful, making it a great choice for anyone traveling alone who wants a safe and relaxing place to stay.

We had a wonderful stay at this place. Tahimik, cozy, at sobrang linis. Perfect talaga for rest and relaxation. Nakapagpahinga talaga ako nang hindi nai-interrupt, which I really appreciated. The host was very kind, accommodating, and very welcoming from the moment we arrived. Maayos ang lahat at ramdam mo yung care ng host sa guests niya. Peaceful neighborhood with nearby tourist sites that are walkable. You can ride a jeepney along Dominican road which makes it easy to got around. The host was approachable and knows well about the locations to visit. Only the WiFi is slow and mobile signal is weak inside the room but we’re still able to connect to the internet. It’s very quiet so it’s the best place to get some rest. The shared kitchen is clean but the microwave doesn’t seem to work. Overall we had a nice stay.

The host is very approachable and accomodating. The place is very peaceful and allows one respite after a tiring day of touring the city. Rooms are also very spacious so you wont feel cramped.
Two tourist spots are walking distance which makes it possible to immediately cross out two of ones possible destinations. Overall, the unit and its offerings was simple but very effective in making us live as if we are just at home

Our time in Baguio was enjoyable since it felt like home. The owner serves her guests nicely and is quite kind. She answers all of our inquiries, demonstrating her approachability.
