Hello to our guests. Moving forward, when reserving dates for the transient house, we will require a down payment . We fully understand your concern about scammers, which is why I previously agreed to bookings without a down payment. But please, kindly reply once we reach out to you so we can confirm everything properly. It is really hard for us owners who simply trust your word, only to get no response. We also lose out on dates that could have been offered to other guests.
