What I thought I learned in 80 years.
Golf course maintenance
The view from the first tee must be spectacular. Minimize any brown spot. Spray paint brown spots if need be. Trim the fairway regularly. Trim the tee boxes well and regularly. Even the tee boxes that are not often used. (Make it look like a green.) Have large tee boxes so that you can transfer the markers frequently.

Try to do this for the first 2 holes and the last 2 holes in the front and at the back.
