Transient Hauss

Transient Hauss ❤️ The following must be adhered to during your stay:

1.) Total balance must be settled upon arrival and before handing over of keys.
2.)

Non-refundable and No cancellation policy.
3.) No early check-in and late Check-out. Extension of check out is subject to availability with additional fee. Check-in time 2:00 PM; Check-out time 10:00 AM to give us time to make up the rooms for the next guests.
4.) Guests must take good care of their own belongings. The Management will not be held responsible for any loss or damage incurred.
5.) CO

OKING or any ignition is not allowed in the room. PLEASE USE THE KITCHEN AREA. No electric appliances and furniture is to be installed inside the room/house without the permission of the Management.
6.) STRICTLY NO SMOKING!
7.) VISITORS are NOT ALLOWED to stay/sleep with the guests without prior notice. Additional 550 pesos per head per extra person.
8.) Drinking LIGHT LIQUOR are allowed but loud speakers while drinking are not allowed. Avoid disruptive behaviour.
9.) We respect your right to party; however, there are other guests and neighbors that may not appreciate extra volume. Respect the privacy of other people in the transient and the neighbourhood, refrain from screaming or making loud noises. ANY COMPLAINT OF EXCESSIVE NOISES OR UNRULY BEHAVIOR WILL RESULT TO DISCHARGE FROM THE HOUSE WITHOUT ANY RECOURSE TO REFUND.
10.) Guests are held responsible for any damage done to the furniture/decoration or other facilities inside the transient. Any abuse, negligence or deliberate damages on house properties including vandalism and loss of room keys will be subject to a fine.
11.) If any abandoned luggage or lost and found items are not claimed by the guest after a maximum storage period of 15 calendar days, the Management has the right to dispose of these items.
12.) Rates do not cover insurance of any sort, so guests are advised to take precautions. Owner shall not be liable for any accident or injury. Thank you and Godbless!
