n for comfort and rest. Our 1st floor & 2nd floor units can only be taken as a whole unit and or per room. My Dwelling Place is close to the the City's Central Business District. it is located in one of the city's good residential subdivision.
5 to 7 minutes’ drive to city's main business centre (you can walk through to the city center i.e Burnham Park 15-20 minutes if you love to walk)
Five minutes walking distance to Lourdes Grotto (one of the city's place of Interest). The place has good access of public transport.
