You will not worry about anything as the Forest Cabin Holiday Home compound is well-secured. In the vicinity, there are picnic grounds, playgrounds, and adventure f

acilities such as horseback riding, paintball adventure, and others for the guests (for a fee). There is also a generous view of the pine forest surrounding the area. It is a relaxing place where families, friends, and everyone in between can experience Baguio on a whole new level. Guidelines:

A) Check-in / Check-out
Standard Check-in time: 1400 H
Standard Check-out time: 1200 H

*Can also check-in any time after 1400 H
*Early check-in / Late check-out – subject to availability (message us for coordination)

B) Cabin Features
i) 3-floor luxury cabin-type vacation home (152 square meters area) good for a maximum of 13 persons (children included)
ii) 2 bedrooms (queen-size beds; 2 hot-and-cold shower rooms – 1 at the first floor, 1 at the second floor; bathtub at the first bedroom; master bedroom with balcony)
iii) Attic (with 2 double-deck beds and 1 queen-size bed)
*all bathrooms and bathtubs are provided with toiletries (i.e. toothbrush, toothpaste, soap, shampoo, tissue) and towels
iv) Furnished living room with cable television set and fireplace (if using the fireplace, please coordinate with us)
v) Parking slot (in front)
vi) Gazebo, grilling station, veranda, and mini garden (at the back)
vii) Drinking water
viii) Furnished Kitchen and Dining Area (with cabinetry; provided with set of plates, cutlery and glassware) where guests can cook and eat
ix) View of the pine forest surrounding the cabin
x) Well-secured area with 24/7 security

C) Basic House Rules
i) No pets are allowed inside the cabin. ii) Smoking is allowed as long as not inside the cabin; cigarette butts should be disposed of properly. iii) Guests are not allowed to bring home any furniture or amenity (except basic toiletries) found inside the cabin as a souvenir. This is a courtesy to the next guests occupying the cabin so they can enjoy the same amenities during their stay. This is to give respect to the other visitors in the cabin compound. You can go out of the premises after the curfew but coordinate with the guards-on-duty at the compound’s entrance. v) Surrender the key/s to the Cabin caretaker before leaving the premises. i) Lean Season Rate @ P 12500 ++ per night
June 1 – October 31

ii) Peak Season Rate @ P 15000 ++ per night
November 1 – May 31

E) Other / Ancillary Fees
i) Security Bond @ P 2000 (will be given back when no damage has been done on the property upon checkout)
ii) Extra person charge @ P1000/pax (maximum of 13 pax)

F) Payment Terms
i) Full Payment upon reservation
ii) 50 % (Deposit), 50 % (Payment upon arrival)

*P 1000 - for every hour extension (Maximum of 4 hours extension; 5th hour of extension = 1 night stay charge)

10-7 days before scheduled check-in: 50 % of total fees
6-4 days before scheduled check-in: 75 % of total fees

P 2500 for 5 hours
