Daily 9pm-1am (or 3am depending on the crowd)

WHAT TO EXPECT
It is a long line of "tiangge" where you can buy any of their merchandise such as apparels, RTW, bags, gadgets, accessories, food, etc. Most of the merchants sold jackets and Baguio' trademark goods.

Opening Day Ceremonies & Parade

Panagbenga Park - Session Road - Harrison Road - Baguio Athletic Bowl

The Grand Opening Parade signifies the beginning of the celebration of the month-long Festival. It also serves as the venue for the Street Dancing and Drum & Lyre Competition for the Elementary Division. The different organizations involved in the running of Panagbenga is also highlighted during the parade.
