The Library Transient House in Baguio City

1.Guests who wish to make online reservations must deposit 50% of the agreed rate to �Gilbert Bernardino via M. Lhuillier or Western Union. Contact number 09163032035.
2.Guests who have successfully deposited their payments must send a copy of their deposit slips for confirmation on this page.
3.Upon arrival in the transient house, the remaining 50% of the payment must be handed as cash.

5.The transient house offers three (3) bedrooms. One additional room, the �Masters Bedroom, is occupied by the owner of the house.�
6.We discourage bringing of pets.
7.For safety purposes, all guests are encouraged to present and leave one valid ID to the security personnel of the village.
8.There are no curfews in the village. Visitors however are encouraged to modulate their voices within acceptable decibels. Unruly kids must be properly advised.
9.Being situated in a subdivision, the transient house can promise only one (1) parking space for the visitors.
10.Drinking sessions are not prohibited, behaviors that disrupt the homeostatic well being of neighbors are.
