Start with the spaces in between. 😌

There is a certain warmth to G1 that reveals itself slowly — timber under soft light, music filling the lobby, and the quiet rhythm of people coming and going.

A contemporary interpretation of Cordilleran architecture, where timber, light, shadow, and texture come together with a quiet sense of restraint.

Dark masonry creates a deliberate frame for the timber elements, bringing the natural grain and warmth of the wood forward — architectural against organic, grounded against raw.

Throughout the space, familiar Cordilleran materials are given a contemporary vocabulary, creating a hotel that feels rooted in place without feeling bound by tradition.

The interiors were conceived by 90 Design Studio, Kohler Design Awardee, whose approach allows the architecture to feel both distinctly Cordilleran and decidedly contemporary.

And so, we begin here.
