1. Avoid using your mobile devices during meals.
2. Our kitchen is sacred to us. Please let us know if we can help you with any food or beverage.
3. If you notice your hosts removing their shoes before entering the home, do so as well.
4. This is an eco-friendly home. Please conserve power and water.
5. Baguio water is rationed. Please take short showers and avoid floodng the bathroom floor.
6. Let's all be considerate of each other. Keep common areas clean.
7. Please avoid putting your feet on the furniture.
8. Please help extend the life of our linens by not placing suitcases or traveling bags on the beds.
9. This is a residential neighborhood which adheres to anti-noise pollution laws. Please do not play loud music, TV or games after 10pm.
10. Close doors quietly.
11. FYI, the property is protected by CCTV in most common areas in and outside of the home.
12. We do not do laundry. However, we can have your laundry picked up by a local laundry service.
13. Please be back from your day by 10pm. For security, we lock the gate and the house at exactly 10pm till 7am the next day.
14. Absolutely no smoking indoors. Be respectful of the host's time, be specific with your arrival time!
