This is our stand on drivers and private van tours. Guests should be responsible and should shoulder their drivers welfare or accomodation or atleast be included in their negotiation in renting

GM APARTEL RULES ON DRIVERS OF TRAVEL AGENCIES, PRIVATE VAN FOR HIRE AND THE LIKE

1. We dont have free lodging for drivers. And drivers are with PAY. Guests should include them in their # of pax

2. Some hotels/transients/ accomodations offer:
✅ Complimentary driver room
✅ Discounted “driver’s rate”
❌ No free room (agency pays if needed) in our accomodation there is no free

3. For travel agencies accredited by the Department of Tourism (DOT):
Driver accommodation is usually based on the contract between the travel agency and their renter or guest. If transaction was made by both parties only and we the accomodation was not included or not present during the negotiation, we the GM apartel is not responsible for drivers/operators accomodation. So drivers/ operators are in no position to DEMAND anything from us, NEGOTIATE with us, QUESTION our policies or rules. Even your the operator owner of the van, we dont welcome negotiations from you.

4. Under the Republic Act No. 9593 (Tourism Act of 2009), hotels, resorts, and apartelles must be accredited and follow safety and registration rules — but the law does NOT require them to provide free accommodation for drivers.

5. Apartelles are regular lodging establishments where guests (any travelers) stay, register, and pay for accommodation. There’s no universal regulation that they must provide rooms or require drivers to stay there

6. Often travelers provide a stipend or separate room so the driver can rest — especially on long trips — but this is a COURTESY/agreement, NOT A LEGAL REQUIREMENT. Often times we provide free lodging for our old guests drivers connected to travel agencies or private van for hires. But these are the drivers that regularly gives us guests. Not just one time guest

7. We are selective in partnering with travel and tours. We dont accept every travel and tours messaging this page to partner with us, because we know we cant provide all their needs and demands. Thats the reason we only have few partner travel and tours and private van for hires

Matagal na palang manloloko ang BIYAHE NI KARL na to. Madami n dn pla xa na scam, nd lng transient, meron dn ibng kinukuhanan ng down toz nd na nababalikan. No refund at lahat kmi block agad. My isa dn tumawag n 2024 nman xa niloko. So sa mga iba pang naka transact ng BIYAHE NI KARL, pm me para sama2 taung magplano sa nxt step natin sknya. Nasa 20k mga unpaid nya sakin. Just want to expose this fraud person. Yes it was my mistake na nd nagche2k pero namihasa ng sobra. Kaya pla lagi gusto online transfer. He has been sending screenshots ng untransfered funds at sasabhin natransfer lahat yan at nabawas sknya. Anyone knows the whereabouts of this person, kindly pm this page. He has been doing this for long time with us. I checked all my transaction since nagkaroon kmi transaction last july and walang mga fund transfer. And kanina nag pm na nakapag transfer xa kagabi ng 1k. Naisip kong icheck e walang na transfer sa akin. I confronted him then he blocked me. This is just a small amount if 21,500. Nd mo ikakayaman yan mr karl or BIYAHE NI KARL. naloko mo man kmi, but not God . Whatever you do will come back to you a thousand fold. Maybe not now, but soon. Nd yan ganun kalaking halaga. Not worth it para makapanloko ng tao

Instead of 2pm naging 3:30 pm dahil sobrang dumi ng unit na iniwanan ng guest. Kaya we encourage our guest na CLEAN AS YOU GO. Para nd nakakahiya sa nxt guest ng transient

With basic kitchenwares, ref, rice cooker, electric kettle
With hot and cold shower
With beddings, pillows, blankets

Check-in Time: 2:00 PM onwards
Check-out Time: on or before 11:00 AM

🏡 HOUSE RULES:
1. No smoking or va**ng inside the house and veranda. Smoking area is located outside the unit
2. No loud noise by 10pm due to Silent Night city ordinance
3. No prtying inside the unit
NOTE: 2 & 3 are exempted during holidays
