Ready for a Long term Business. Complete and fully furnished ... Just need to continue and manage. Nothing to renovate or Change, paint still looks New..(we used "Ace Paints" from Ace Hardware SM, more expensive than Boysen or Davies).. Rest assured that this property was built with our outmost supervision. We really used quality materials, from the smallest to the most expensive material used in constructing /building this property..we don't prefer low-end materials coz we always want to ensure quality and durability. We always go for the best kind.
