The apartelle is located near the tourist spots of Baguio.
- The place is accessible to jeep and taxis 24/7.
- All 6 units have 2-bedrooms and have a floor area of 40 to 49 SQM
- All units have are semi/fully furnished your own with kitchen & Bathroom with water heater
- All units have TV (no cable/local channels only).
- Parking is limited.
House Rules:
1. Management is not liable for loss of personal property; Guests are advised to secure their personal belongings and valuables.
2. Check-out time is 12:00nn; Check-in time is 2:00 pm. Extension of stay will be charge at Php 250.00 per hour with the maximum of two hours stay only, exceeding the maximum time will be considered as one night stay and will be charged automatically. Late checkout requests required 24 hours + prior to checkout & extension of stay will be subject to room availability.
3. Please turn over key/remote control at office before departing the apartelle. Lost key will be charged at Php 1000 per piece and remote control Php 1000
4. Smoking inside apartelle is strictly prohibited. Php 1000 penalty per offense will apply for smoking in room. (smoking can be done in designated areas)
5.Please switch-off lights, other electrical appliances and please make sure all faucets / showers are properly turned-off when not in use.
6. When unattended, please close room windows and keep doors locked.
7. Please report immediately to Front Office any damage to property or broken fixtures for prompt repair.
8 Before or at designated Check-out Time, please allow our Housekeeping Staff to check your room. Missing items from the room will be charged to guest account. Please allow 20 minutes check out time to facilitate.
9. Items on loan from Front office shall be returned upon check out to avoid a replacement charged to guest account.
10. No pets allowed in the property.
11. The GUEST ensures that nothing shall be attached to floors, wall, ceiling of Summerlin Apartelle premises by nails, screws, glue gun or other means, otherwise any damage caused shall be charged to the guest.
12. Please be courteous to other guests by keeping noise to a minimum in public areas and refrain from loud music and noise after 10PM
13. Please throw your trash in garbage containers.
14. Rooms left in an uninhabitable state for incoming guest – for example lingering smell from market purchases, excessive mess, acts of vandalism – will be charged at a full nights stay and/or reimbursement of loss/cost of replacement
Reservation:
1. You call/book you reservation by calling (074) 442 4165 or 0917 5879954
2. A 50% deposit of total bill is required to reserve a unit and full payment shall be collected upon check-in
3. We only accept cash and reservation fee can be wire transferred to our BPI/BDO account
4. Cancellation should be done 2 days before check-in
5. No show on your check-in date shall automatically forfeit your reservation fee
