However, the surge in vehicles has caused heavy traffic, which greatly affects local transportation. What should be a short trip for locals is often taking hours, and this also impacts your enjoyment as you spend long hours on the road instead of exploring the sights.

We kindly suggest leaving your cars at your hotels or inns and using public transport to explore the city. Baguio is a small city compared to others in the Philippines, and with little traffic, most tourist spots are much closer than they seem.

If you’re traveling with babies, elderly family members, or persons with disabilities, it’s understandable to use your car for convenience. Otherwise, please consider leaving your vehicles behind.

Also, as a friendly reminder, please dispose of your trash responsibly by using designated waste bins or taking it with you.
