Any advice on this po?
The dates are blocked and the calendars are synced the dates 27-28 are blocked kasi 6am mag i in ang guests ko for tomorrow (requested early in) then biglang binook ni booking.com and ang guests kagabi ko pa kinokontak even asking for their help for the cancellation and hindi ko makontak kasi their number is UAE number. Now they just called me and I was explaining na naka block sya pero binook ni booking and I get it po na she is angry and I offered a night stay with discount pero early out po sila since 6am nga po ang mag in. She kept on calling me scammer, bakit daw may 6am na in e 2pm and sa rules namin, I explained and hindi ako nagtaas mg boses and kept on explaining even saying na please po see my messages on the app na upon booking I messaged them then continuously ako nag a update kasi pati booking.com ang pangit ng kanilang costumer service. I have no other unit available. I messaged them again sa app and via text with the offer of another unit (sa kakilala ko) but no reply pa po. Also, the booking.com calendar clearly shows the dates as closed(gray) and not sold out(orange)

Need some advice po on this. Thank you. And also sa mga gumagamit ng booking.com if naka experience din ng ganito and what did you do? Thank you.
