ADVISORY TO THE PUBLIC ON COMPLAINTS RE: TAXI DRIVERS REFUSING PASSENGERS
The Baguio City Government encourages the public to report taxi drivers who refuse to accept passengers to directly report to Baguio 911.

However, to help ensure that every complaint is properly acted upon, we ask complainants to submit supporting evidence whenever possible.

Please include:
*Photos or videos of the incident;
*The taxi's plate number or body number;
*The date, time, and exact location of the incident; and
*A brief description of what happened.

Providing proof helps establish the authenticity of the complaint and allows authorities to verify the incident. It also protects both passengers and drivers by ensuring that reports are based on actual incidents and not on unfounded or capricious complaints.

Your cooperation will help Baguio 911 and the concerned agencies conduct fair, accurate, and timely investigations. Thank you for helping us promote safe, reliable, and accountable public transportation in our city.

Mayor Benjamin B. Magalong urges the public to help ensure safe, fair, and reliable public transportation by reporting taxi drivers who refuse to convey passengers or engage in "namimili ng pasahero."

May reklamo sa taxi na namimili o ayaw magsakay ng pasahero?

Report it immediately by:
📞 Dialing 911 and provide the following:

✅Plate number of the taxi
✅Description of the taxi
✅Date, time, and location of the incident (if available)

OR

📱 Submit your report through the Baguio In My Pocket application.

Your report will help the concerned authorities take appropriate action against erring drivers and improve public transportation services in the city.

Let's work together to promote responsible public transport and better service for everyone.
