Motorists are advised to:
- Use alternative routes such as Marcos Highway or Asin-Nangalisan-San Pascual-La Union Boundary Road, subject to prevailing road conditions.
- Follow the instructions of traffic enforcers and emergency personnel.
- Monitor official advisories from the Department of Public Works and Highways-Cordillera Administrative Region (DPWH-CAR) and local authorities for updates on road conditions and reopening.

- The DPWH maintenance crew and the contractor's personnel remain on site to monitor flood conditions, implement flood mitigation measures, clear drainage channels, and manage traffic to help ensure the safety of motorists.
-Alternate route via Tacay Long-Long Road, particularly those driving small or low-clearance vehicles. Motorists operating larger vehicles who need to pass through the affected road section are urged to exercise heightened caution.
