Skylight Unit update after Typhoon Maymay.

Our team is doing everything we can to clean, but with non-stop rain and zero sunlight, some dark stains on the walls just won’t disappear yet.

Please rest assured — the unit is cleaned after every single turnover.

The rain and wind was strong that it forced its way in, searching for any spot to leak.

Note: it only leaks during typhoon and a day after, not on regular raining days. Guest who experienced this during their stay got discounted rate or free extended hours.

🌧️ A little heads up about rainy season.
During the rainy months you might notice some dark water marks/stains on the walls. It’s just part of living in a humid place.
To keep the place fresh, we recommend opening the windows for a bit each day for airflow. This helps prevent that typical "damp" smell.
Because of this, we’ve adjusted our rates to be lower during rainy season. Thanks for helping us keep the home cozy!
