Its a comfortable 2 storey house located in Brentwood Village, less than 5 minutes from Session Road, SM Baguio and just walking distance to Botanical Garden. The vacation house is private, no signage, no “for rent” signs. The house is clean and it has well-maintained facilities. They also provid full-living amenities, even kitchen wares and dinner wares, for instance, if guests so choose to cook, and really spend quality time with the family — in a vacation house that’s truly a fine place to stay.

3 - Bedroom Big Nice Vacation House, with free WiFi Internet connection. Nice, quiet, safe, and clean place at Brentwood gated-Village with security guard; warm and friendly owner. 3-mins drive from SM Baguio, with accessible public transportation (jeepneys and taxi).

Fully-furnished with:

- Two common bathrooms & Master's bedroom with private toilet and bath
- 3 big bedrooms
- Strong water supply
- Cable TV
- Refrigerator, gas stove, coffee maker, rice cooker, toaster & flat iron
- Safe parking for 1 car / van only (other vehicles can be parked safely outside the house)
- Additional PHP 200 / day for cooking gas

Each guest is allotted with 1 pillow and 1 baguio warm blanket. Ideal for family, friends, and lovers vacation.

Check-in: 1:00 PM
Check-out: 12:00 PM (before noon / lunch)

Early arrival or late check out can be negotiated for a minimal fee.

* Please note that we strictly do headcount upon check in and charge additional persons including your driver (even if you insist that the driver will sleep in the van). So please be honest with your group's size upon confirmation.
